Need pull testing on your site?
We carry out pull testing and shear testing of anchors and construction fixings in concrete, masonry and other base materials, using procedures suited to the application.

Preliminary testing provides information about a proposed fixing’s performance in the material on site.
Proof testing checks the installation quality of a sample of installed fixings.

We carry out on-site load testing and certification of lift shaft beams, runway beams and motor room beams.
​
Testing may be required following installation, alterations or repairs, or where specified by the project engineer or competent person.

Testing and certification is carried out in accordance with BS2853 and LOLER. Beams will be marked with SWL and a test certificate will be provided.

We test lifting eyes and lifting points attached to steelwork or installed into concrete, including suitable cast-in sockets and post-installed anchorages.
